by the way, last week, I want on holiday to Vietnam. At first, I thought it will be quite suck because I dont really like visiting Asian country which well known has many temples, tombs, historical monument, etc. But, when I saw the itenarary made by my dad, there is a slight hope that this is going to be fun. this is what I see on the itenarary :

At first, my personal highlights are only boat in Ha Long and snorkeling/diving at Mun Island. For real, I am not interested in other things. at all!
but yeah, I think it will be more suck if I spend 10 days at home, alone. so I go eventually.
and these are the interesting points I get from visiting vietnam :
1. "bule" in vietnam are really2 more good looking than "bule" in Jakarta! both female, male, teenagers, and all kinds of caucasian! :D
2. the locals are having a poor english skill. they cannot pronounce a lots of syllable like ch, ck, ex, d, c, f, v, and manou y more. It was really hard to understand their speech. You really have to listen carefully, imagine all vocabulary you know, and then you'll get what they mean.
3. the locals are very influenced by France. they like to sit in front of their "ruko" while drinking, playing cards, smoking, eating, etc. every "ruko" has small tables and chairs in front of it.
4. the more wealthy the locals are, the more ugly they looks! really! i found this is funny! soo, this is how the conclusion comes : everytime I took a local tour, there's always Vietnamese (locals) joining in our tour. and it means they're quite wealthy to took a tour in their own country. they always look (sorry), ugly. not that I mean real ugly, but usually, Vietnamese looks quite good because their blood still influenced with France. most Vietnamese, especially the girls are beautiful (imagine chinese but not "sipit") :D.
Beside that, expensive cars in vietnam always owned by ugly man.. hahhahaha.. even the taxi driver and bellboy in hotel are more good looking than those people! :D
hmm, actually i have a lot more to write, but now I really feel sleepy. overall, my trip to vietnam was not fun nor suck. in indonesia, we call it "ngambang"! seneng ngga, sedih juga ngga. capek sih banget.. hahahah.. hope tomorrow I have time and willing to continue this post. Maybe will tell you the details of each day's trip, the good thing, the bad thing, suggestion, and many more.. :)
